Terms & Conditions
Effective December 2025. Please read carefully before booking.
01. Booking & Transfers
LCC provides specialist taxi hire. Customers must allow sufficient time for check-in and traffic. LCC is not liable for missed flights or delays resulting from inadequate time allowance. Each child, regardless of age, counts as one passenger.
Vehicle Substitution: LCC reserves the right to provide a substitute vehicle of similar standard in the event of mechanical breakdown or unforeseen unavailability.
02. Pricing, Quotations & Payments
London Corporate Cabs operates as a Sole Trader and does not currently charge VAT. Remote payments (Phone/Email) are subject to a 3% administration fee. Bank transfers must be completed 7 days prior to travel.
Wedding Services: £25 deposit to secure. Balance due 14 days prior. TX models valid for 14 days; Fairway models valid for 7 days.
Airport Waiting: Includes 30 minutes grace after landing. Subsequent waiting is £5.00 per 15-minute increment.
03. Filming Safety & Met Police Guidelines
When hiring for film, TV, or commercial production, the client agrees to follow all relevant safety guidelines, including those outlined by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) for filming on the move.
- Rigging: External mounts must be installed and supervised only by qualified rigging professionals.
- Compliance: The production company is responsible for all required permissions, escorts, or police notifications.
- Safety Lead: The LCC driver holds final authority on safety. If a maneuver or rig violates MPS guidelines, the driver will terminate the action immediately.
- Documentation: A full Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) must be provided prior to filming.
04. Safety & Conduct
Cleaning Fee: A £60 fee applies if the vehicle is soiled. Alcohol, drugs, smoking, and vaping are strictly prohibited. The vehicle allows up to 6 passengers; nobody may sit in the driver's compartment.
Child Seats: Under UK law, taxis are exempt from child seat legislation. Parents/Guardians must provide and install their own seats.

06. Liability & Insurance
Force Majeure: LCC is not liable for failures caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, fuel shortages, or national emergencies.
Indirect Loss: LCC accepts no liability for "Loss of Light," production delays, crew overtime, or missed business opportunities. All luggage is carried at the owner's risk.
Insurance: All vehicles are fully insured for Hire & Reward, including Public Liability and Passenger Liability. Personal valuables are not covered.
