Professional Taxi Service

Our FAQ section provides clear answers about our London taxi service, including how to book a London Corporate Cab, payment options, driver licensing, accessibility, airport transfers, wedding taxis, and more.

Taxi bookings

  • You can book your London Corporate Cab online by choosing the service you need, including airport taxi transfers, wedding taxi hire, film and TV taxi hire, or black cab advertising. Once you complete your booking, we will send you a confirmation email.

  • Online payments are not available yet, but will be introduced soon. For now, you can pay for your London taxi booking by credit card or cash.

  • To change your London taxi booking, contact our customer support team by email or phone and we will update your reservation.

  • You can cancel your booking by email or phone. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before your booking will receive a full refund.

General Information

  • Our wedding taxis undergo extensive preparation. Each cab is taken off the road for up to 12 hours before your booking for full cleaning and polishing (around 2 hours). Your Wedding Taxi is reserved exclusively for you for the full duration of your booking.

  • If you believe you left an item in one of our taxis, please contact us as soon as possible. If found, we will arrange for its return (charges may apply).

  • You can ask us anything using the online contact forms on our website.

Taxi Drivers

  • All our professional London taxi drivers are licensed by Transport for London (TfL) after completing the Knowledge of London. They must pass a medical exam and enhanced DBS check.
    Each taxi displays the driver’s badge number on the front and rear windscreen, and the cab number inside the passenger compartment and on the boot.

Taxi Services

  • Yes — we are happy to transport animals as long as they are safely restrained or in an appropriate carrier. Please let us know when booking.

  • In a licensed taxi:

    •children under 3 years of age can travel without a child’s car seat or seat belt, but only on the back seat

    •children aged 3 years or older can travel without a child’s car seat if they wear an adult seat belt

  • All our London black cabs are wheelchair accessible and fitted with wheelchair access ramps as standard.
