Booking & Payments

You can book your professional London airport taxi transfer or wedding taxi hire directly through our website. We specialize in bespoke transport solutions, including TV/Film production hire and taxi advertising campaigns. A confirmation email is sent upon successful reservation.

While we are currently developing an integrated online payment system, all our London black cabs are equipped with modern card terminals. We accept all major credit/debit cards (including American Express and Apple Pay) as well as cash payments at the end of your journey.

We offer a flexible cancellation policy. For a full refund on your airport transfer or private hire booking, please notify our team at least 48 hours in advance via email or phone.

Specialized Taxi Services

Our London Wedding Taxis are premium boutique services. Unlike a standard street hail, a wedding cab is removed from service for 12 hours prior to your event for intensive valeting and ribbon detailing. This ensures a pristine, showroom-quality vehicle is reserved exclusively for your special day.

Yes. In accordance with TfL regulations, every vehicle in our fleet is a wheelchair-accessible London taxi. Each cab is fitted with heavy-duty ramps and intermediate steps to ensure easy access for all passengers with mobility requirements.

Under UK law, children under 3 years may travel in a licensed London taxi without a car seat (on the rear seat only). Children aged 3+ may travel using an adult seat belt. This makes the London Black Cab the most convenient choice for families traveling to Heathrow or Gatwick.

Every London Corporate Cabs driver has passed the rigorous "Knowledge of London" and is fully licensed by TfL. Our drivers undergo enhanced DBS checks and regular medical screenings to ensure the highest standards of passenger safety.
