A deposit of £25.00 is required for Wedding and Specialized Event bookings. This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the service commences.

Yes. We specialize in reliable departures FROM London to all major airports. Our fixed quotes include standard terminal drop-off charges. We recommend allowing sufficient travel time for airline check-in requirements.

Our Wedding Taxis are "Service-Retired" for 24 hours prior to your event for intensive valeting and ribbon detailing. You are paying for a guaranteed arrival, a pristine vehicle, and a driver dedicated solely to your schedule.

Yes. Our drivers are seasoned in on-set etiquette and radio protocols. We understand the precision required for "hero vehicle" shots and matching speeds with camera tracking cars.

Our fleet consists of modern LEVC TX Electric Taxis. They are fully compliant with all London ULEZ and Zero-Emission restrictions, allowing us to film or transport clients capital-wide without surcharges.

Yes. In accordance with TfL regulations, every vehicle in our fleet is a wheelchair-accessible London taxi, fitted with heavy-duty ramps and intermediate steps as standard.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly service. Assistance dogs travel free of charge. For other pets, please notify us at the time of booking so we can allocate a suitable vehicle.

We include a 15-minute grace period for pre-booked departures. Thereafter, waiting time is charged at £5.00 per 15-minute increment. If no contact is made within 30 minutes of the booked time, the journey is logged as a "No-Show."

In the rare event of mechanical failure or driver unavailability, we reserve the right to provide an alternative licensed vehicle. If a substitute vehicle has a lower hire rate, the difference will be refunded.

Per TfL regulations, a £60.00 soiling charge applies if a vehicle is fouled. For film productions, the client is responsible for any damage to paintwork or bodywork caused by specialized rigging or camera equipment.

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. The use of vapor/e-cigarette devices is permitted only at the individual driver's discretion.
